1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Parwaz Card, you typically need to meet the following:
Residency: Must be a resident of Punjab (valid Punjab Domicile).
Age: Usually between 18 and 35 years (specific youth bracket).
Skills: Preference is given to those who already have a technical skill or are seeking vocational training.
Income: Targeted toward low-to-middle-income families.
2. Required Documents
Have these ready for when the portal opens:
Original CNIC: Scanned front and back.
Educational Certificates: Metric, Inter, or Degree.
Technical Skill Certificate: If you have already completed a course (e.g., from TEVTA).
Proof of Income: Salary slip or an affidavit.

3. Registration Steps (January 2026)
Once the portal is officially launched by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), follow these steps:

punjab.gov.pk) or the dedicated Parwaz Card portal (link to be released shortly).Create an Account: Register using your Mobile Number (must be registered in your name) and CNIC.
Fill the Application: Enter your personal details, educational background, and current skill set.

Submit & Verification: After submission, your data will be verified through the NADRA and Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) databases.
Card Issuance: Once approved, you will be notified via SMS to collect your card from a designated center or receive it via mail.
